Mugwort whilst yes does have some precautions, is great for reducing PMS symptoms and period pains, can be used to induce periods for people struggling with delayed periods. It great for a range of women's health issues. But not reccomended whilst pregnant 👍

There was a study about 15 years ago that convinced me to stop using microwaves. There were two plants as test subjects. One plant received microwaved water that had been cooled. The other plant received water that had not been microwaved. The plant that recieved regular water thrived, while the plant that had the nuked, but cooled off water either died or had stunted growth. With everything else being equal, why would the microwaved water affect the plant in a negative way?+
